I announced my candidacy in November of 2019. From the first meetings with family, friends, neighbors, and new supporters at Turtle Mountain back a year ago, we have come a long way. I am still the dark house competing to be District 44’s next State Representative.
Together, we rally the call for Democrats, Republicans, and Independents to come together and vote for someone who is a fierce advocate for public schools, a unifier against those who try to divide, and a voice for the many who feel their values and concerns go unnoticed. I ask you to support me in an effort to improve our educational system, protect our environment, support our economy and fix our infrastructure. Throughout this campaign I have grown and added new missions. I have a greater responsibility to improve racial tensions as systemic racism and unconscious biases still exist. Together, and with transparency, we can do better by our neighbor and by our country with accelerated determination and urgency.
I would like all of my supporters to take down my yard signs tomorrow and avoid any unnecessary tensions that extremists may cause in your neighborhoods. My volunteers who have helped me campaign out at intersections will be out one more time tomorrow morning until 1 pm at the following locations, and you are happy to join them or drive by and support the efforts with a honk if you like:
Sandoval County Office
Enchanted Hills Plaza
Community Joy Church (Northern and Saratoga)
Corrales (at Jones Rd. and Corrales Rd)
Soul Church (on southern, next to Slate St.)
I think it is time to renew this country with a new President who can fill our hearts as President John F. Kennedy did; “Ask not what your country can do for you, ask what you can do for your country.”
Let us together bring those words into action!
I humbly ask for your vote,
